"I have a love/hate relationship with delta"
I have a love/hate relationship with delta. They fly almost everywhere but their service is iffy. Popular and busy routes flights are always packed and impossible to get upgraded. Smaller routes are great but the planes are small and cramp. Cant win :/

"Great airline"
I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here. I've flown numerous airlines (American, United, Allegiant, EasyJet, Norwegian, RyanAir, British Airways) & I always have a great experience with Delta. Their international flights are the best. Decent food, good space, working tv / headset, super nice staff. Best airline, huge fan. Will pay the extra to fly with them vs a budget airline.

"Hi my name is Dawn Willie"
Hi my name is Dawn Willie. On my trip I went from MSP to Tampa. On the Tampa flight I had a aniexty attack. I couldn't go on the first flight so they rebook another flight at 1:30 next day. I floght was delayed 2 hours. By the time I was going to on a 2and flight I couldn't do it so I got off. On third flight agent name John went out his way me talk to a doctor. I felt much better. He told me take extra antidepressants medication. It work. I want to thank you to all the staff to help me get on my flight so that I can get back home. I will always will flight with delta.

I was one of 7 black folks seated in the last three rows of a full crj plane that seats 73, two days ago on a flight from charlotte to atlanta. why is that? i was very offended!! after accepting it as random for many years, i no longer believe it is due to chance! personally, i have been seated in this backrow seat in front of the toilet so many times that i started objecting to random seats 2 years ago after my very expensive delta vacation to cancun was ruined by delta putting my husband and i in the seat in front of the toilet on all four flights, going and coming. this time, the computer blocked me from picking a seat, it ended up picking a seat, and ... (you guessed it!), i was seated again in front of the toilet with my husband! i found this website trying tocomplain at delta.com and it states "unable to process your request." so here i am placing my complaint anywhere. i am truly an outraged customer who will like to say delta, stop profiling people!!!
