Support got back to me fast, honestly!! They fixed the issue, which was great... I did have to sit on hold for a little bit, but it wasn’t too bad overall!!!

I just went on delta.com, picked my seat, and later ended up taking one of their upgrade offers. It was straightforward, nothing too fancy. The page did drag a bit at one point, but it didn’t really mess anything up. In the end, I got the seat I wanted, so it worked out fine

I flew Delta last week and the plane looked clean when I got on. I always do a quick check of the seat, tray table, and window area, and everything looked wiped down and in decent shape.
The aircraft itself also felt well kept, with nothing broken around my seat and no odd noises that stood out. The bathroom could’ve been a bit fresher, but it wasn’t bad. Overall, I’d say it was a solid experience and I’d give it 4 stars.

I’m on delta.com often, and honestly... my SkyMiles have been adding up faster than I thought they would. I finally used some for a trip recently, and it actually felt like a good deal. Nice to feel like the points were worth something

"Really helpful wheelchair support, right?"
I booked through Delta and added that I’d need wheelchair assistance, it was easier to find than I expected. When I got to the airport, the request was actually there, which was such a relief, you know? The staff were kind and didn’t make the whole thing feel awkward at all. My mom was traveling with me, and we both felt way less stressed than we usually do. Overall, it was a really good experience

I had a really comfortable flight with delta. The seats felt good enough for the whole trip and the crew was really nice. Drinks came around fast and they checked on everyone without being annoying. it was one of the smoother flights I’ve had.

As someone who gets really annoyed by hidden travel charges, I actually appreciated this. The fare and bag fees were shown clearly upfront, and I paid exactly what was listed. Nice for once

"Delta lounge was actually a pleasant surprise"
Well... I used the Delta lounge before my flight and it ended up being way nicer than I expected. The seats were clean, the snacks were decent, and the coffee was actually good. It also wasn’t super loud or packed, which made it feel relaxing for an airport. The staff were friendly too and even helped me figure out a gate question. it made waiting for my flight a lot less annoying.

I booked a round trip on delta.com last week, and it went smoother than I expected. Comparing dates and flight times was simple, and I liked that the seat options showed up before I got to the payment part. I had to change my return flight later from my phone, and that only took a few minutes too. The updated confirmation came through really fast. I’m guessing they’ve put some work into making the site easier to use lately, because there weren’t any weird or confusing steps...

My flight ended up getting delayed, which is never fun, but delta was actually good about keeping me in the loop. I got updates quickly through the app and by text, including the gate change and new departure times. I was kind of looking around to see if other people were getting the same info, and it seemed like everyone around me was being updated too, which made the whole situation feel a little less chaotic. Still not ideal to be delayed, but the communication was solid

Overall, it was a good experience traveling with my dog. The rules were explained clearly, which made me feel more prepared, and my dog handled the flight just fine. The only downside was that check-in took a little longer than I expected, but everything worked out in the end...

"My trip kind of went sideways…"
My trip kind of went sideways with a delay, and then my connecting flight got cancelled, which was frustrating at first. The Delta app updated really quickly though, and the gate agent was straight with us about what was happening, which I appreciated. They got me rebooked for the next morning, gave me a hotel voucher, and somehow my bag still ended up where it was supposed to, so that whole thing worked out better than expected. Definitely not a perfect travel day, but they handled it way better than I thought they would. 5 stars from me.
